The following states require specific disclosures for commercial financing transactions. Required disclosures will be provided at the time of any offer, prior to execution of any agreement, in compliance with applicable state law.

California

SB 1235 (Cal. Fin. Code §§ 22800–22809)

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per California SB 1235. Disclosure includes estimated annual percentage rate, finance charge, total payments, and other required terms.

New York

N.Y. Fin. Serv. Law §§ 801–815

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per New York commercial financing law. Disclosure includes annualized cost of capital, total dollar cost, and other required terms.

Utah

Utah Code § 70C-6-101 et seq.

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per Utah law.

Virginia

Va. Code § 6.2-2231 et seq.

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per Virginia law.

Connecticut

Conn. Gen. Stat. § 36a-860 et seq.

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per Connecticut law.

Georgia

O.C.G.A. § 7-9-1 et seq.

Required commercial financing disclosure provided at offer time per Georgia law.

Missouri

Mo. Rev. Stat. § 367.100 et seq.
