Consent at submission
When you submit an application or contact form, you authorize us to contact you using the methods you provided. We record your consent text, IP address, and timestamp at the moment of submission for compliance recordkeeping.
AI-assisted calls
We may use an AI assistant to schedule callbacks, confirm details, or triage inquiries before connecting you with a human advisor. Any AI-assisted call begins with a clear disclosure:
“Hi, this is Ella, an AI assistant from Buckle Up Capital. Okay to continue?”
If you decline, the assistant will end the call and a human advisor will follow up by your preferred method. AI-assisted outbound calls are not made to consumers in states whose laws require all-party consent for AI calls or which restrict AI dialing.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance, and training purposes. Where required by state law, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline to be recorded.
Opt out — any time
Reply with any of these keywords to be removed from our outreach lists within 10 business days:
- STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE

DNC scrubbing
We scrub our outreach lists against the federal Do-Not-Call registry and applicable state DNC lists every 31 days, consistent with FCC rules.

Reporting concerns
If you believe you received a communication from us in error, please let us know — we'll investigate, remove your number, and confirm the correction. Mistakes happen; we want to fix them quickly.
