Who we are
Buckle Up Capital is a Colorado-organized business funding brokerage. We are a business funding broker, not a lender. We do not originate loans on our balance sheet. We package and place files with our network of capital sources.
What we do
We assist business owners and real-estate investors with placement of commercial financing — hard money, DSCR rentals, commercial real estate, equipment finance, working capital, invoice factoring, SBA, and construction. All financing is for business or commercial purpose only — not personal, family, or household use.
What we don't do
- We do not guarantee approval, rates, terms, or timeline.
- We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice.
- We do not originate consumer mortgages or personal loans.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, legally authorized to act on behalf of the business or property in question, and using our services for business-purpose financing. By submitting an application, you confirm these representations.
Information accuracy
You agree that information you provide is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Material misrepresentations may result in denial of placement, withdrawal of offers, or referral to authorities in cases of suspected fraud.
Fees
We do not charge consumers up-front fees for application or prequalification. Where compensation is paid by capital sources, the amount and nature is disclosed at the time terms are presented to you. State-specific commercial-financing disclosures apply where required — see State Disclosures.
Communications
By submitting your contact information you authorize us to contact you using the methods provided. You may opt out at any time by replying with one of the standard opt-out keywords (STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE) or by emailing optout@buckleupcapital.com. Disclaimers and liability
The site and our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that financing will be available on any specific terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the compensation received by us on the relevant transaction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one posted with the most recent “last updated” date.
